1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 990x platform and all of its services. 990x is an international online gaming and betting platform serving players across multiple countries. 990x complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or depositing above a specified amount.

• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• A photo of your ID along with a selfie, if required.

4 Deposit Policy

Depositing in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) on 990x is straightforward. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from 990x is simple and secure. However, withdrawal requests must comply with certain conditions.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Betting Rules

990x offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and other betting services. Separate rules apply to each category.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during live betting, a full refund will be issued.
• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome is already known will be considered void.

Casino & Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and independently verified.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.
• The game provider's own terms and conditions will apply.

8 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

990x is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

If such activity is detected, 990x may immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

990x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

Prior to closing an account, 990x will make every reasonable effort to notify the player. However, in cases of fraud, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Account Closure by Player

12 Dispute Resolution
